LMFTA, MA, MBA

I'm Mark — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate providing virtual therapy throughout Washington state.

I came to this work through a winding road: years in healthcare management, running a small business, and becoming an adoptive parent. Those experiences didn't just shape who I am — they gave me a real appreciation for how complicated life gets, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who actually gets it.

I work with couples and individuals who are ready to do something different, even if they're not sure yet what that looks like. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine care for the people I sit with.

If something on this page resonates, I'd love to connect.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Relationships are hard. Even good ones. If you and your partner are feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you're having the same fight on repeat — that's not a sign your relationship is broken. It's a sign you could use some new tools.

I specialize in the Gottman Method, a research-backed approach that helps couples move from conflict and distance toward genuine understanding and connection. We'll work on the patterns that keep pulling you apart and build on the strengths that brought you together.

Most couples don't come to therapy in crisis. Many come because they want something better — and that's exactly the right time to start.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Sometimes you just know something needs to change — even if you can't quite name what it is yet. Whether you're carrying anxiety, navigating a hard season, or feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, individual therapy gives you space to figure it out.

I draw from Structural and Solution-Focused approaches, which means we'll look at what's been shaping your experience while also keeping our eyes on where you want to go. No dwelling in problems for the sake of it — we're building toward something.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's what the first conversation is for.
